If you miss a Generic Antabuse dose
Take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the one you missed and go back to your regular schedule. Do not take 2 Generic Antabuse doses at once.

• Metronidazole

• Paraldehyde

Chlorpromazine and amitriptyline may increase the intensity of the disulfiram-alcohol reaction.

Generic Antabuse should not be used in patients with Coronary heart disease, Heart failure, High blood pressure (hypertension), History of stroke, Psychiatric disorders, Psychotic illness, Risk of suicide, Stroke.

Generic Antabuse should not be used if you are allergic to one or any of its ingredients. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have previously experienced such an allergy.

If you feel you have experienced an allergic reaction, stop using Generic Antabuse and inform your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
