Do I need a prescription?
On the product page, it will display whether or not that particular medications requires a prescription. If it does not mentioned anywhere that you need a prescription, then you do not need to submit one.
How is it legal to purchase a medication online without a prescription?
Yes, because offshorerx.com ships from different countries, and depending on the medication, the laws in that country do not require you to have a prescription.
Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
Yes, you may purchase only a maximum of a 3 months supply of each of your medications. Provided that you have a valid prescription for that medication. If you physican writes a prescription for more than a 3 months supply, or refills are authorized, then we can fill those refills as they come due.
Do you offer medical advise or provide online prescriptions?
No, we do not provide this service. If you need a prescription, please see your medical doctor, and if you are unsure about taking a specific medication, we highly recommend talking to a professional.
I am interested in buying a medication, but I am taking another one. Is it safe?
In this circumstance, we highly advise you to ask your doctor to make sure taking more than 1 medication is safe. Some medications combined can be hazardous. If you are taking a medication (or more than 1), please seek a healthcare provider before purchasing anything from us to ensure your safety.
What forms of payment does offshorerx.com accept?
We currently accept two types of payment on our website: Credit Card (VISA only) and USA eCheck.
How long will it take for me to receive my medication?
We ship via Standard AirMail. The delivery can take anywhere between 12 and 18 business days.
Where are your medications shipped from?
Depending where you are located, and which product you are ordering, we will ship your medication from one of our worldwide facilities. We ship most of our medications from India.
What shipping methods do you provide?
We currently offer only Standard Airmail Shipping method which takes 12 to 18 business days to reach the Customers doorstep.
It is over 2 weeks now, but I still did not recieve my shipment ?
Normally airmail gets delivered within 2 weeks of time but due to some random check at customs and public holidays it takes 3 weeks to receive the parcel. In some cases it takes 30 days to receive the shipment and if it has been 30 days or over we issue a refund or reship the order upon request. The reason is customs on both ends and sometimes they heighten alerts in USA and we have no control over that.
Do you ship globally?
We can ship your order almost anywhere. We do not however, ship to Nigeria or some other higher risk countries. Please check out our

Is it possible to change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address before your order has been shipped, you must submit a
ticket to our Shipping department to let them know or alternatively you can email us at
support@offshorerx.com. Be sure to include your order number, name and the new shipping address (no PO Box). If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. You will not be able to change your address at that point.
How do I place an order?
When you click "Add To Cart" from any product page, you will be taken to our secure shopping cart, where you will be asked to fill in your contact information, shipping and billing information. What are the differences between generic and brand name medications?
Not much, except for name and price. Because generic drug manufacturers are not required to duplicate original medical studies proving the safety and efficiency of the chemical compound, they can produce generic versions at much lower costs, thus passing on these savings to the consumer. How can I get more information about brand name and generic meds?
How are generic drugs cheaper than brand name ones?
They're less expensive because of the patent system. When they are first introduced, most new drugs are patent-protected by the government for 17 years. During that time, other companies can't sell the drug. This allows the company that developed the drug to market it exclusively and make back the research money that was spent to develop it.
When the patent runs out, drug companies can apply to the Food and Drug Administration to sell generic versions of the drug. And because they don't have to worry about investment costs, the competing companies can often sell the drug for 50 percent to 80 percent less than the cost of the brand name.
What is the quality of generic drugs?
To be considered "bio equivalent / therapeutically equivalent" to its brand name counterpart, a generic drug must have the identical active chemical compounds as well as the quantity and speed of absorption of its active ingredients into the bloodstream. Sometimes the generic version of a drug may differ in color or shape from its brand name counterpart - these differences have no effect on the medical action of the drug and are for commercial or patent reasons only.
What are the manufacturing standards for generic drugs?
The manufacturing facilities of all pharmaceutical companies, whether they are the makers of brand name or generic drugs, must pass stringent and regular inspections by the relevant authorities. There is no difference between the manufacturing standards set for generic pharmaceutical companies and those set for brand name pharmaceutical companies. Many companies that produce brand name drugs also make drugs sold under generic labels and vice versa.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped (within 12 hours). We can not accept order cancellation once the order has been shipped.
Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including original order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing members IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into members credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
What is your return / refund policy?
We do not accept any returns on medication, however if you have not received your order, or if you have been short-shipped, we can provide you a refund. You need to contact our Support Team through email or support ticket.
What happens if I receive an incomplete order?
If something goes wrong with the shipment we will resend your package with an extra 10%, free of charge to you. Alternatively, if you do not wish to have that done, we can offer you a full refund. Please submit a
ticket (Refund section) if you wish to request one.
I am having issues placing an order, what can I do?
If you are having problems inputting data, or you are receiving some error when 'checking out' please contact Live Support or submit a
ticket (Website section) and let them know the exact issue you are having. There should be no reason why you cannot place an order, but technical issues can arise!

What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
You have two options you can either request a refund or your product will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. If is very unlikely that any products will be out of stock and you can check to see if a product is out of stock before ordering.
Will my order be shipped discretely?
Yes your order will be shipped in an unmarked package.
