- If you Email A Prescription, Order ID is mentioned in the subject line or content of your email.
- You have to choose "I have a prescription" in the shopping cart, the order confirmation page will allow you to choose your $10 Free Product.
- No minimum order value! Offer is available with other offers too!
- Please Note, you need to Fax/Email your current Family Doctor's Prescription to us within 24 Hours of placing the order.
- Your Order will be held for shipping till we recieve Fax/Email of your prescription.
- If we fail to receive your Prescription within 24 Hours of placing the order, your order will be shipped WITHOUT $10 Free Product.
Frequently Asked Questions

How do I email the Prescription?
Scan your current Family Doctor's Prescription, and email us the scanned prescription to support@offshorerx.com.
I have already sent a Prescription, For refills I need to resend my Prescription?
Yes, Evey time you place and order, you will have to fax your prescription.
What if I do not want to send my Prescription?
You can enter your medical history, and our Doctor's on board will prescribe for you. But then you are not eligible for $10 Fax A Prescription Offer. So if you have a Prescription why not send it to us and get $10 FREE Product!? Its worth the effort!
Can I Fax/Email Prescription before ordering?
Yes, you can! To avoid any delays in shipment, you can Fax Or Email us your prescriptions before ordering.
Please ensure that:
1.) Fax your Prescription with your OffshoreRx Login ID (Email Address) written on the top right corner of the Prescription.
2.) Email your Prescription from OffshoreRx Login ID (Email Address)
3.) Inform support@offshorerx.com when you place the order.
