Take Clo-Kit tablets by mouth. Swallow tablets with a drink of water.
If Clo-Kit upsets your stomach take Clo-Kit with food or milk. If you are taking Clo-Kit to prevent malaria, you should start taking Clo-Kit two weeks before entering the endemic area, and continue for 8 weeks after leaving.
