Take Sustiva every day, exactly as prescribed.
Take Sustiva on an empty stomach, preferably at bedtime. Taking Sustiva at bedtime reduces the likelihood of side effects such as dizziness, impaired concentration, weakness, abnormal dreams, or drowsiness.
