Reshipment
This shipment normally gets delivered within 2 weeks of time but due to some random check at customs and public holidays it takes 3 weeks to receive the parcel. The reason is customs on both ends and sometimes they heighten alerts in USA and we have no control over that. In some cases it takes 30 days to receive the shipment and if it has been 30 days or over we issue a Refund or Reship the order upon request.
Order Tracking
Order once placed takes 24 hours to be Processed and Shipped. Once the parcel is shipped you will be sent an E-mail informing the status of your parcel. Incase you do not receive E-mail from us you may login to your account on our site and click “Order Tracking” link it. It allows you to check the Status of the order placed. If you did not find the updated status of your order in your members area than you may email us and we would update you with the status.
Refund Policy
Generally the shipment reaches our Customers doorstep within 14 to 20 days from the date of shipment, but due to some known and unknown reasons sometimes the shipments do get delayed and we have no control over that. In some cases it takes 30 days to receive the shipment and if it has been 30 days or over we issue a Refund or Reship the order upon request. Hence generally refund is done only after 30 days if the shipment is not received.

All orders are guaranteed to arrive at their destination or your money back. Or if you prefer, we will reship your item at no charge. Your choice.
Order Cancellations
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.
- However, if you cancel your order in two hours time after placing the order there will be no charges for you.
- If you cancel your order after two hours time after placing the order and BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
- Order will not be cancelled after the shipment is made.
